Monitored contract expiration dates and budgets and revised as needed. •Drove $250M Material Logistics contract restructure and consolidation within a 3-month deadline•Enabled Material Logistics team to accurately forecast cost to deliver 14k loads via truck and plane over 600 km and saving project $80M by decreasing the number of Heavy Lift Plane loads. •Closed out $130M EPC contract and $90M Construction contract •Trained and managed 6 Papua New Guinean Project Controls Engineers•Spearheaded cost rebaseline from $427M to $816M due to significant scope growth and secured approval
