Developed innovative idea to increase fill and drain rates by introducing slots in shrouds in zw1000 module allowing GE to sell an existing product with little investment of 20k (insert in mold) resulting in customers’ ability to produce more (10%) clean water.

• Successfully led the design team through the turnaround of the zw1000 v3.1 (Drinking water filter); designed a manufacturable module (introduced the idea of the "brick") and in parallel reduced scrap from 80% to <5%. Company met customer demand and eventually sold to GE for $760M.• Led the development of Zenon’s/GE first Seawater module cassettes, frame made from FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics), reducing cost from using existing exotic materials by 65% and shortening delivery time by 50%.

• Designed the zw500d which was Zenon’s most successful waste water filter.• Designed molded, extruded and machined plastic parts including SS formed sheet and welded structures.

• Successfully developed Netafim’s first Micro-sprinkler line (Flow compensating) from concept to production generating a new stream of revenue and a foothold in the Micro-sprinkler market.• Developed Netafim's first Foggers, Micro valves and Frost protection products.• Designed Micro molded parts with high quality and precision.
