• Lead UX designer for the post launch phase of HERO8 Black, GoPro’s flagship camera, managing all aspects of design and delivery• Lead UX designer for the Media Mod and Display Mod camera accessories, responsible for defining interaction and behaviors• Created and managed camera interaction specifications consisting of hundreds of pages for our Firmware and QA teams• Designed interactive prototypes of camera features for guerrilla testing and usability lab testing, collected feedback and data to understand user behaviors and validate designs• Collaborated cross-functionally with product, firmware, quality assurance and user research teams throughout project lifecycle from feature conception to implementation• Managed localization of camera text strings for 12 languages• Filed, tracked and resolved firmware bugs to ensure high quality design

• Designed and shipped two full feature iOS (iPhone and iPad) apps for Ten-X commercial and Auction.com, Provided users for the first time the ability to transact on a mobile device. • Increased usage to more than 70K monthly active users, resulting in 10% of all transactions for the company. • Participated in user research sessions to understand customer pain points as well as opportunities for product improvement. • Facilitated a collaborative culture with my engineers to enable a faster more productive working environment.

• Designed and produced graphics and interactives for a 30,000 sq ft Natural Science gallery in the museum. • Developed interactive exhibition graphics for web, print, 3-D developers to educate visitors from ages 5 - 95+ on the importance of 7 key areas of the California ecosystem.• Collaborated with researchers and builders to create compelling exhibits executed ideas from concept to completion. • The museum attracts 350.000 visitors a year.

• Spearheaded the adaptation of the magazine for digital consumption on iPad. Led design of the magazine for 3 issues.

• Created localized help graphics, support and legal documents for all Apple products to achieve brand consistency.

Working as a consultant I was involved in creating marketing materials, wayfinding graphics, and webpage development. Working with clients and other designers to create projects tailored to their specific communications and branding needs. This work was done on a freelance basis.

Working for the East Bay Bicycle Coalition creating a brand along with physical deliverables promoting the 1000 new cyclists campaign. This project has involved creating an original identity for the campaign and the visual standard that go along with it.
