LEO Platforms: deploy code and configure changes to different platforms that allow set top boxes to access live-tv and other features, this is achieved by taking existing code and deploying it through backend services in PuTTy++ and secureCRT, with QA testing to validate changes were effective and no issues appeared. LEO CPE: is responsible for the health management for Lab environments for the charter CTEC location by monitoring the states of set top cable boxes, internet modems, home phones, and IP streaming devices such as Apple Tv and Roku’s. Lead projects to restructure environment configuration by creating and re-provisioning the boxes and IP devices through the CSG billing systemConduct daily health monitor checks on assigned accounts by using an in-house web based platform that would connect to the cable boxes and IP devices. QA consisted of ensuring live tv, menu and channel guide availability. Problem solve identified issues through the system review of billing, DAC, or secondary biller system to clearly review cause/effect of issues.
