Notable achievements include:• Leader of over 136 FT executive, administrative and operational personnel in eight offices over three states.• Oversaw growth of Total Revenue by 77% from $10,645,848 in 2019 to $18,243,407 in 2023 as detailed on VMC’s 990.• Spearheaded growth strategy on Government contracts resulting in a 152% increase from $4,899,500 in 2019 to $12,356,200 in 2023 via improved program performance metrics.• Led reorganization of all Development activities resulting in 88% increase from of $676,241 in 2019 to $1,279,109 in 2023 via digital media strategy and revised supporter engagement approach.• Established first ever Capital Reserve Account valued at $1.3MM in VMC’s 44-year history.• Improved the lives of disadvantaged veteran families by expanded services, increasing outreach and program impact, including the introduction of free legal aid, suicide prevention, and opioid response programs, as well as the addition of expanded women & LGBTQ+ veteran safe spaces.• Introduced a healing culture by implementing comprehensive Justice Equity Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) strategy to include training, employee affinity groups, Town Halls, listening sessions, and the assignment of a Board champion to advance JEDI goals. • During COVID housing crisis VMC stood up communications plan and 24-hour call center to house 400 veteran families in hotels. The speed & success of VMC’s efforts was highlighted by the Veterans Administration as being Best in Class. Every veteran family was successfully permanently housed ahead of the VA’s deadline. -
