I founded a consulting company in the mid-90s specializing in creating and licensing integration of speech recognition software. As the company's strategic visionary, I provided solutions for speech recognition, native mobile, and responsive web applications, driving the company's growth and expansion. I have a proven track record of success as the primary designer and creator of over 500 language models, which have reached over 100k users.I manage product strategy and the entire product lifecycle, working closely with product development teams to define requirements, build roadmaps, measure KPIs, and oversee the product lifecycle from inception to end of life. I spearheaded the design, development, and delivery of the MedTemps document management platform (Word add-in) in 2000, providing doctors with a database to save records for easy access and note storage.In 2014, I developed the first-ever full-functioning mobile documentation system for clinicians, utilizing a noSQL database to allow clinicians access to view patient documentation on any device and location, even without wifi or network access. The product also included built-in data redundancy to prevent record loss. From 1998-2013, I directed a network of over 500 resellers as the leading developer of Language Model add-on products for IBM and Dragon Systems continuous speech recognition software.I build, develop, and mentor teams to expand product and technical capabilities and develop strategic relationships to achieve results. I collaborate with company clients' teams to exceed client expectations, working with upwards of 20 team members depending on the project. Finally, I deploy pricing strategies to build and protect market share, creating and coordinating marketing and orchestrating sales activities to drive business success.
