Profile bio

About Joe Burdick

I am an engineer that has more than just a rote ability to discern problems and solutions for machinery and production equipment; I am a technician who sees ways to improve processes, maintain machine uptime, and predict and address problems before they become downtime. With a background in many different high speed and custom production lines, I have seen many different types of machines, both initial production and downstream, that can and will provide a more streamline process for both operations and maintenance. Experience with installing production lines and peripheral equipment, layout design, and fabrications needed for process and safety.I also enjoy designing, prototyping, and developing solutions for various issues that arise in most any environment. Creative, yet maintainable, solutions are what I like to deliver; if a technician can't replace a part quickly, then my solution isn't the one I want to deliver.

Listed skills include Lean Manufacturing, Plastics, Manufacturing, Packaging, and 46 others.
