Current- Strategy:
- Setting overall company marketing strategy in coordination with other stakeholders based on market data and company performance data.
- Evaluating the set strategies success and assessing changes needed to cope with market conditions changes.- Research & Analysis:
- Supervising the methodical data collection and reporting process.
- Set the frame work for data analysis and reviewing analysis reports.
- Supervising regular competitors’ surveys, reviewing reports on all aspects of their offerings and arranging countermeasures with marketing team and relevant departments.
