- Strategy:• Setting overall company marketing strategy in coordination with other stakeholders based on market data and company performance data.• Evaluating the set strategies success and assessing changes needed to cope with market conditions changes.- Research & Analysis:• Supervising the methodical data collection and reporting process.• Set the frame work for data analysis and reviewing analysis reports.• Supervising regular competitors’ surveys, reviewing reports on all aspects of their offerings and arranging countermeasures with marketing team and relevant departments.• Identifying needs, supervising & evaluating market researches (researches are conducted by a specialized agency).• Arranging periodical meetings with relevant departments to implement and assess analysis findings and market research results.- Marketing Plan:• Setting yearly & quarterly marketing plans for different markets & brands and monitoring implementation. - Budget:• Set a primary suggestion for top management for the year budget and plan based on previous year data and sales team forecast for the coming year.• Negotiation with top management, presenting proofs to support the needed budget and compromising on a final value then presenting the final budget.• Closely monitoring the expenditures and continuously adjusting the plan according to available budget.• Presenting end of the year actual expenditure in comparison to budget and highlighting achievements and lessons learned.- Team:• Presenting department needs and new candidates requirements to HR.• Continuously monitoring the workload on current team and reassigning projects & tasks as needed.• Continuously assessing each team member point of strength and weakness to help them develop.• Present training needs to HR as needed.

Export Sales:- Setting marketing strategies for the different products.- Identifying overseas markets needs.- Insuring service quality for current customers.- Following up on offers, orders & customers’ special requirements.- Approaching potential customers.- Keeping track of exports sales status.- Tracking internal & external problems and generating solutions.- Checking customers satisfaction level.Administrative tasks:- Coordinating & supervising various improvements projects through the IMC.

• Projects Administration: Preparing offers for bids and tenders – Following up the submitted offers – Preparing plans for the projects – Keeping track of every project status – Tracking problems and generating solutions – follow-up the delivery and hand-over procedures.• Purchasing: Identifying the projects different needs – Contacting different suppliers and striking deals – Preparing contracts in coordination with the legal department – Following-up on contracts fulfillment.• Database management: Keeping an up to date database of the company's products, competitors’ products & complementary products – Providing logistical help for the Sales Dep. and the sales force – Helping with the creation of database solutions for other departments.• Administration: Filing & general office management – Health Insurance Authority, Ministry of Health & Population and other customers correspondence – Contracts & agreements with foreign partners translation.• Accounting: Projects purchasing & inventory control – Projects budgets & cost control – Coordination with the Accounting Dep. and the Warehouses.
