This specially created role involved the provision of up-to-date Technical Support for Customer Services Staff, directly reporting and assisting the Customer Services Manager. This included: - Training team members to develop product knowledge, on a continually expanding product range- Provision of technical feedback between customer services and product development team, to continually improve product range - Collaboration with other departments, in order to re-educate team members - Reduce the cost of quality and to introduce data collection and analysis to improve processes
