- Following a work plan to provide hygiene cleaning, in areas around the Abbey, including rest areas and offices- Safely disposing of litter from bins and containers- Ensuring hand gel dispensers are working and topped up- Ensuring areas and offices are kept appropriately supplied with gel, wipes and (where required) anti-bacterial spray; monitoring & reporting stock levels to supervisors- Providing cleaning cover in the Cloister and Cellarium toilets, where required- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies and products- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products- Reporting repairs and replacements where needed when encountered on the job

• Managing the issue and programming of audio issues when required• Meeting and greeting visitors inside the Abbey in a positive, engaging and warm manner• Setting up the distribution and collection areas of the audio guides• Providing the highest level of customer service to all visitors by proactively anticipating and addressing visitors needs in a calm, courteous and professional manner• Generally assisting visitors outside and inside within the Abbey and its precincts with questions/directions/advice

• Assisting look after coats, bags and other items for customers in events• Dealing with cash and card transactions• Answering people’s queries about the attractions• Providing audio guides to visitors at Churchill War Museums• Coping with queues and ushering people to their seats

• Providing excellent customer service to maximise sales on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk.• Actively working with garments – ensuring our high standards are always maintained.• Processing our customer transactions at the cash desk.• Receiving and processing our deliveries.• Helping to prepare our season sales, designer collaborations and regular seasonal campaign’s.• Following our store routines, policies and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety in the store.• Working well in the team and actively supporting your colleagues
