Joseph N. Casas is a bilingual attorney and business advisor with a diverse background and experience founded upon his service as an infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps and a J.A.G. officer in the U.S. Navy.As an attorney, Joseph defends the privacy rights of models, actors, and musicians against the unauthorized use of their name and image. As a corporate attorney, Joseph's experience includes consultation to entrepreneurs on all aspects of their business such as drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and partnership agreements. He routinely provides legal consultation to various non-profit organizations.Joseph is a seasoned trial attorney in both civil and criminal arenas with dozens of jury trials under his belt. His civil litigation experience includes the defense and prosecution of shareholder disputes, securities claims, contractual disputes, and medical malpractice lawsuits.Joseph also maintains an active military law practice where he has successfully defended service members in some of the biggest cases in military history.As a business advisor, Joseph specializes in helping his clients develop and grow their business by forging long-lasting relationships with clients, customers, and strategic partners. Joseph received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Government and Sociology. He then went on to receive his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart School of Business.Joseph has appeared as a commentator/expert on television to discuss legal issues.
