Mr. Chaplik has personally been involved with investment real estate for 19 years and has experience with over $900M in sales volume. His company has experienced tremendous growth and is ranked as a top commercial real estate firm and was nominated as a finalist for the Ethics in Business Award. In 2010, Mr. Chaplik was awarded as one of the top forty business leaders under the age of 40. Prior to RE, Mr. Chaplik started at Sprint Corporation as a Sales Manager of the Los Angeles office. Responsible for business accounts where he led a distressed region to record sales and stability. Mr. Chaplik joined Allegiance Telecom where he contributed to the growth and expansion of this nationwide high tech telecommunications company. He served as the Western Division Regional Manager of National Accounts. He relocated as Vice President of the Portland Sales office which he established and was responsible for all sales and operations. He led this office as one of the top performing markets of all 36 company locations.
