I work closely with Fidelity Labs, our fintech start-up incubator, where our teams utilize the powers of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to bring new businesses to life and become profitable!

As a Virtualization Engineer, I work closely with our Investor Center representatives, call center reps, and technologists that are utilizing our virtualization technologies (HVD/VDI). I also work to maintain our back-end infrastructure health.

♦ Evaluate new technologies and product releases in order to provide detailed feedback on requirements and use cases♦ Manage and deliver on project deadlines and within budget♦ Provide top-tier and high-touch customer service to Asset Management associates on a daily basis, meeting various needs of the end user in a fast paced environment♦ Proficient use of Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, latest Citrix Virtualization technologies, Windows 7, Windows 10, and Mac OS X♦ Provide guidance and training to team members♦ Troubleshoot various Citrix problems in environment ranging from connectivity issues to corrupt Windows Virtual Desktop Access to reinstallation of Citrix agents♦ Responsible for software distributions, monthly security patches, and releases to thin clients, virtual machines (VDIs), blade workstations, and laptops. ♦ Responsible for distributing security updates to thin clients, virtual machines (VDIs), blade workstations, and laptops. ♦ Monitor and drive resolution of issues♦ Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation
