On the following pages you will get some insight into the quality of work we have produced in the past and it is our hope that you will be apart of our future.”Position Duties:• Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision and share how Bayview Landscape Architecture can make it into something tangible,• Ability to work and discuss all phases of a project from schematic design to permit submissions.• Assist in the design and creative process for residential and commercial projects.• Present proposed works to review boards following permit application submissions.• Capable of adapting to becoming general contractor for a job if hired by client.• Communicate with architects, surveyors, engineers, and other trades to execute a project efficiently and effectively.• Proficient in AutoCAD and Land F/X to design and revise properties to meet the client’s wishes.• Accurately and beautifully render material to allow clients to visualize proposals as if looking at a photograph. • Efficient in my ability to multitask and time manage myself in order to revise multiple jobs.• Understand how to look up building codes to implement correctly in to a design.• Keep an organized record of jobs and materials used to expand portfolio for future jobs.• Work a hybrid schedule that allows time to design in and out of the office as well as schedule and meet for site visits.

• Hires, trains, and schedules all studio sales staff. Develops and reviewsmonthly sales goals with staff.• Manages, develops and evaluates the performance of all staff and providesongoing training to ensure success and future growth.• Responsible for 30-60-90 annual performance review.• Conducts regular staff meetings and attends all required webinars and otherrequested corporate meetings.• Manages client and staff concerns as well as the day to day operations of avery fast-paced fitness studio.• Works directly with the Head Coach to increase studio utilization and workouttraffic.• Participates in brand marketing and social media efforts to promote the studioand coaches.• Executes and coordinates the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers(pre-sale events, studio events, community outreach).• Models all studio activities through self-involvement.• Manages disciplinary actions involving studio employees.• Responsible for meeting the required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, and facility maintenance.• Ensure sales staff meets or exceeds KPI and net members gain goals.• Attendance standards and work deadlines• Beginning and ending assignments on time• Drive the Studio’s daily, weekly,and monthly membership goals(July 2019 – December 2019) Assistant Studio Manager

• Practical, hands-on experience in all phases of maintenance, landscape design and enhancement of a diverse collection of horticultural plant collections within the 409-acre arboretum• General duties include planting, pruning, and watering, weeding mulching and garden renovation• Maintain and enhance many special gardens such as the Dwarf Conifer Garden, Hydrangea Garden, Woodland Garden, Synoptic Garden, Rhododendron Collection and Formal Gardens• Participate in educational field trips to private and public gardens, nurseries and growers on Long Island and the surrounding areas
