As a Manager of Labor Analytics, I moved into a newly created role with J. Crew and helped to define the intersection of Finance and Retail Operations. I was responsible for creating the labor model for 300+ stores across the USA which had a $250M financial impact.To accomplish this I developed a store operations strategy and analysis of labor metrics, managed process for creation of payroll plan by location, and developed meaningful & actionable reporting at a company, divisional, regional & store level. I built new cross-functional partnerships within the organization that ensured an elevated customer experience while delivering profitability.

As a Regional Coordinator with J. Crew, I simultaneously operated as an Executive Assistant and Multi-Store Manager. I supported 4 retail executives and 30-45 stores across the Southeast and Midwest USA. Using my skill of P&L analysis and passion for people interaction, I managed a $20M payroll & supply budget while delivering a total store cash contribution 160% to budget.I managed the Regional Office, booking airfare, hotel, and car accommodations for 4 executives while being completely accessible by phone to 45 store mangers and countless corporate business partners. My project management skills also exposed me to annual/quarterly conference and event coordination with $0-500k budgets.

My retail journey began as a part-time job while still in high school. I was told working “in the mall” is just going to be temporary until I find “a real job”.
