Created custom systems for company providing drug information solutions to the health care industry. Gather and analyze requirements, design, develop, test, and implement solutions using Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Load external data from different sources and formats into the database. Extract from the database different formats (i.e. XML, delimited, fixed) for clients to use in systems. Maintain existing system. Analyze processes to make them more efficient. This resulted in a time decrease of 900%.• Created a ruled-based system to maintain connections between different datasets with continuous change to the data rather than making manual changes. This save the company time and increased morale.• Created workgroups around key system area to create standards, best practices, and templates. This reduced developer’s learning curve and time both in development and system maintenance. • Created a generic object-based database structure where data was loaded and derived using reusable procedures.
