Located in a satellite office in Fairmont, I assist folks in figuring out health insurance. I work for a non-profit who has the goal of seeing everyone get insured. I can do Medicaid, CHIP, and private-plan Marketplace enrollments. Not being affiliated with any particular insurance company means I just want to see folks get the best insurance available to them, and being grant funded means all the services I provide are completely free to the public. I am a federally certified Marketplace Navigator through 09/2016.

While working PM Shift (3 days per week), I check guests in, manage guest relations, and make sure guests feel like they are receiving Hampton's well-known unique style of hospitality - we call it, "Hamptonality."Guest's favorite part of Hamptonality? Usually the cookies.While on the Audit shift (2 days per week), I turn computer systems over to the next business day, prepare daily reports detailing inventory statistics and daily income, and start preparing our complimentary hot breakfast.

Working with youth for youth development through WVU Extension and the 4-H Program in Taylor County, WV.

At Project HOP2E I am responsible for program development, grant writing, capacity building, database development and management, filing, event coordination, web building, report writing, and volunteer recruitment/management. I also get to work along side of the Taylor County Collaborative Family Resource Network as a board member focusing mostly in substance abuse, high school drop-out, suicide, and bullying prevention efforts.
