25 years in Commercial Real Estate (CRE): Seeing the CRE life cycle from A to ZI spent the first half of my career on the lending / securitization side of the CRE industry, first working as a consultant for E&Y and then as an investment banker for Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch.
