Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Patent Preparation/Patent Drafting in various fields of technology including, but not limited to, wireless technology, database technology, cloud based technology, drone technology, mobile applications, software, artificial intelligence technology/machine learning, etc.; -Performing Patent Prosecution (e.g., drafting arguments, amending claims (if necessary), and formulating office action response) in various fields of technology including, but not limited to, wireless technology, database technology, cloud based technology, drone technology, software, and artificial intelligence technology/machine learning.-Generating Search Claims for the Watson Group; -Participating in information disclosure meetings; and-Orchestrating and conducting Inventor Interviews with both national and international inventors; and-Managing invention disclosures and outside counsel for multiple business units.
