Responsible for using data and analytical insights to change the way we think about hiring, onboarding, employee experience, and employee retention. This includes changing and evolving our data environment, being proactive and using data to quantify problems, conducting ad-hoc analysis, presenting the results to VP & C-Level Executives, and providing solutions where success can be measured. Technical skills include SQL, Python, R, Github, Airflow, Looker, Excel, Data Studio, and Tableau.

Responsible for analyzing and assessing recruiting funnels to find bottlenecks and implement process improvements across various pipelines in the recruiting organization. Partnering cross-functionally with senior-stakeholders to consult what has worked well within recruiting and discover ways that we can use historical data to streamline the process going forward.
