I work at the intersection of impact, investment, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digitalisation. Mobilising capital, people, and innovation to deliver social and environmental impact is the defining theme of my professional life. I spent the first half of my career working as an economist for the World Bank and DfID in developing countries, mobilising private investment in infrastructure to drive growth and poverty alleviation. The second half in a investment bank financing projects that enhance the environment and competitiveness of the Nordic region. In 2008 I co-founded the social impact company, Scope Impact OY, which applies design innovation and creative problem solving to global health and development challenges. My strengths are financing for impact, impact measurement, venture design, digital transformation, leading, developing and motivating teams. I am active in the angel and startup investment community.
