I currently serve as SPD Assistant.I am responsible for the planning and execution of the NSCA Kansas State Conference. In addition, I also serve the Strength & Conditioning community in the state of Kansas for the purpose of expanding opportunities and strengthening awareness, working in coordination with the designated NSCA Program Manager and/or Liaison.

Science of Rowing is the resource for coaches and rowers of all levels. Each month, we read across dozens of academic journals for rowing-relevant research, deliver summaries and takeaways from the most relevant articles, and discuss practical applications via audio roundtables, and supporting bonus content.

The resource for training, strength & conditioning, and injury rehabilitation for the sport of rowing.

Assist with setup of the annual MO State conference. Assist with recruiting presenters and speakers.Network with the community to receive donations for conference handouts, raffles and door prizes

I coach at Lawrence Memorial Hospital Performance & Wellness Center located in Rock Chalk Park. I help develop various youth athletes in sports such as soccer, baseball, softball, golf, and basketball. I also work with master athletes to help them improve their movement, strength, and mobility.

Digital Media and Marketing Agency.I work with clients to help them develop their products and grow their business. Specialities include video production, editing, publishing, and distribution. I also assist with strategy and product development.

I help lead the customer journey for contractors, engineers and end users by developing and maintaining relevant and engaging content. Content includes video, press releases, case studies for key channels of communications, including website, SEO, digital and social media.

Co-Founded student based start-up, Lujo Ventures Inc. -Winner of a $10,000 grant from Raymond von Dran IDEA Award at 2011 Emerging Talk. -Lujo was admitted to Syracuse Student Sandbox at the Syracuse Technology Garden for Summer 2011.Lujo develops mobile applications in the health and fitness field centered on heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lactate that will allow individuals the ability to gain knowledge about themselves to make positive lifestyle changes.

I held this position for 3 years and will fulfilled my responsibilities upon completion of my masters degree in the summer of 2011. While pursuing this degree I have been an integral part of Syracuse University Athletics. I have worked in cooperation with Men's Rowing Head Coach Dave Reischman to execute practice, training, and travel responsibilities. It has been a privilege to work with such remarkable student athletes.My responsibilities include design and execution of daily practice schedule as well as writing training plans for athletes. I am also responsible for the maintenance of the Syracuse boathouse, on-campus facilities, and all equipment worth over a million dollars.

During my internship I wrote content for the NYTech Summit Website as well as was responsible for testing it out and finding any bugs before we launched. The research I gathered helped the marketing team to form strategy for SEO and social media plans of action.

During my year long internship I helped establish the grassroots marketing campaign in one of the premier niche sports in the world: Rowing. I helped the company secure sales leads, gain ad banner placement, and brought on national team athletes to blog for the company's website. I also was responsible for doing research in forming a extensive database of rowing contacts across the world as well as contributed towards the database for Swimming and Track & Field. I executed the company's social media strategy and also helped write and develop press releases to be sent out to customers as well as National Governing Bodies for the respective sports we covered.
