Lead and oversee all activities related to the operations and facilities management of MRN’s Real Estate portfolio. Lead, organized, and managed the development of the Residences at the Guardian Condominium development, the first new construction for sale housing development in downtown Cleveland in over 15 years. Successfully launched and helped stabilize the Uptown Project in Cleveland’s University Circle, the Lofts at Rosetta Center Apartment Complex, and the Market District Lofts apartment project.Implement a long-range real estate asset management strategy, including leasing, property management, inventory accountability, and marketing. Establish processes, develop strategies, and reorganized the operational structure of the company for improved operational effectiveness.Work with executive management to develop capital and operations budgets based on objectives established by ownership. Lead process for the administration and oversight to ensure those objectives are met. Lead, set goals, and coach management team to ensure quarterly and annual goals are achieved. Delegate tasks as necessary. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members.Administration of budgets, operational review and analysis of corrective action when needed. Recommend and implement programs which contribute to portfolio operational performance and long term profitability. * Manage all aspects of new developments, including land acquisition, site approvals, site design, financial modeling, initial cost estimates, and the marketing and public relations campaigns. * Develop, implement, and manage our neighborhood home rehabilitation initiative, including securing public funding, grant applications, and negotiations with cities and municipalities and other public entities. * Collaborate with senior leadership to determine the financial feasibility of various urban and suburban residential and mixed-use projects. * Spearheaded the "Zaremba Green Homes" initiative - a sustainable homes program for new construction and home renovations. * Prepare detailed proformas for intricate mixed use and commercial projects. * Represent the company before city councils, planning, and zoning boards. * Coordinated the work of various information technology consultants on the development and implementation of Zaremba's comprehensive website overhaul and supporting database infrastructure. Directed the development of several large residential and mixed-use projects, including: * The Avenue District, a $250 million development in Downtown * Cleveland (currently under construction) * Uptown: The University Arts and Retail District, a $100 million mixed use development in University Circle (currently in pre-development) * Glennwood Commons: Hanover Corners, an $80 million residential development in suburban Columbus (currently in pre-development) * Morgana Run: an urban infill residential development that required obtaining State of Ohio "Clean Ohio" grants to remediate a Brownfield in Cleveland's Slavic Village. * "Zaremba Home Again Restoration Company" Initiative, a home restoration program that utilizes federal, state and other public funds.

Managed the Home Warranty Department for Zaremba, Inc. Served as a liaison for homeowners, to subcontractors and site superintendents, to evaluate and facilitate the servicing of warranty-related issues. Maintained a high level of communication with homeowners to ensure an uninterrupted flow of information and owner satisfaction.
