CurrentMy role as a Claims Investigation Consultant is to provide unique Digital Desktop Intelligence and Social Media Investigations to defend claims and liability cases and provide Social Media and Digital Background Checks.I serve Employers, Risk Managers, Claims Adjusters, Liability Attorneys and Human Resource Professionals. I help them create a Fraud Free Workplace. I work with clients to either establish that the compensability of the insured is reasonably clear and let them resolve the claim or seek the most cost effective and targeted claims investigation to establish that either the insured is not liable or that the claimant or their activity is exceeding their self-reported or prescribed limitations.In many cases, I help clients “play their hunch”. They know, from experience, when something needs a closer look, it just doesn’t seem right. Something doesn’t add up. It can just be a “gut feeling” about that file. In the past, everyone turned to direct covert surveillance to “get the goods” or tell the story. No longer!
