I lead a team of FTE engineers on multiple full-stack projects. Currently that includes ownership of the conversations platform and of several booking flows. On a previous team I owned the visitor home page (care.com root domain) and all seeker enrollment flows. I lead the major redesign of the global home page which lifted sign-up conversion by +4.5%.Previously I lead the team redesigning the care search platform for the Senior Care, Child Care, Housekeeping, and Pet Care verticals. I drove 75+ A/B tests for incremental wins on these mid-funnel projects.

My work involved engineering in all layers of our stack: a monolithic SQL backed Java server, GraphQL orchestration layer, and React Next.js presentation layer. In one project, I lead a team of engineers on a redesign of our Search UI/UX leading to a 15% conversion increase from free to paid user.
