I focus my practice on commercial and securities litigation, having regularly appeared in state and federal courts in New York and other jurisdictions for more than 30 years in cases involving contract, shareholder, real estate, securitization, and insurance coverage issues, as well as a variety of appellate cases. I frequently represent public investment companies, investment partnerships and private equity funds.In addition to my trial practice, I also am an experienced arbitrator, having served as a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for both the American Arbitration Association and the National Futures Association.
