My overall responsibility is to coordinate all operation procedures in close collaboration with the Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Posting cases and when necessary schedule emergency cases; print DPC paperwork, ensure that all instruments, tools, and equipment (sterile supplies) are provided timely in the Operating Room; respond to and coordinate all incoming calls to the OR; coordinate with Units ICUs and Emergency Department for proper and timely transportation of patients to the Operating Room; document all communications relating to patient transportation, arrival and any reason(s) for delay if any. Send hospital transporter or OR staff of patient, ensure inventory of office supplies, and document all staff callouts. And perform all other duties in ensuring patient health and safety are highly prioritized, creating or contributing to a safe work environment for all.

Coordinate the implementation of the school development projects; Manage the school finances: developa school financial management database, make monthly financial reports to the school donor and otherpartners, make monthly payroll for staff and supervise pay, endorse requisitions prepared by offices andapproved by the principal, make procurement for the institution, Spearhead the formulation of the schoolbudget; Ensure that department expenditures are in line with the budget; Put into place an internalsystem and control; And other details as assigned.
