During the past 20 years, I have successfully represented policyholders in some of the largest and most complex first-party-property and business-interruption losses in the history of the insurance industry, including losses caused by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York City and the 1991 fire loss to One Meridian Plaza in Philadelphia. In addition to serving as policyholder counsel in first party losses, I also have served as a party-appointed appraiser in property and business interruption loss appraisals and as a neutral arbitrator involving insurance coverage disputes.
