Worked as an Intern in the Reconciliation Group of Asset Servicing Global Operations. Responsibilities: Creation and revision of Employee Procedures. Accomplished through training and use of various banking software used day-to-day. Project Manager on Syracuse/Pittsburgh location joint shared drive of documents. Organized files/folders used daily by both locations into easily accessible naming scheme, eliminated unnecessary/repeating files. Following training, regularly input wire transfers in and out of the bank to other accounts/banking institutions through Remote Area Payment (RAP) system. Creation and revision of wire repetitive forms through RAP system. Used to speed up input and verification of wires of regular clients. Organization and filing of paper repetitive forms, as well as account information to be sent out of office.
