- Preparation of various surfaces/substrates to receive a protective coating/paint. - Hand sanding, needle gun, abrasive blasting, chemical stripping etc. - Apply various types of coatings/paint - Design and build containment for multiple different applications such as over existing buildings, scaffolding, floor and window protection, etc - Manage employees to ensure work is done promptly and safely - Time management - Adhering to local/federal laws, means of methods, standard practice, etc - Knowledge of construction safety and hazardous materials - Multiple certifications regarding common duties such as Fall Protection, Hazardous Communicstion, OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR, Aerial/Boom/Scissor lift, Lead Training etc
