He has successfully woven continuous improvement into the roles of CIO, Operations Executive, Startup Founder and Advisor. He has built and trained teams to apply Lean Six Sigma to technology service and product delivery, technology KPI’s, facilities operations, and contact center. He has additional experience in CEO & Board level reporting, technology marketing, product development, corporate compliance, program management, vendor contracting and management, corporate risk management, and SOX.
