Reduced incoming External Partner Fees by ~$10K/month through detailed analysis of system data. I Identified the inefficiencies in the client churn and suspension workflows that had led to our channel partners continuing to invoice Fleet Complete for assets that were no longer in use. I worked to proactively remove these assets from our data in the future to prevent future revenue bleeding.Implemented a process for calculating deferred revenue on a newly introduced Service Fee product. Leveraging data exports within MS Excel from our different subscription & billing platforms I was able to differentiate between fees that needed to be accrued immediately in Dynamics F&O, and those which needed to be amortized over a fixed period.
