Joe has worked extensively with both nationally known and internationally recognized architects, engineers, interior designers, graphic designers, consultant specialists, fabricators, planners and government agencies to achieve wayfinding and signage information systems design solutions which are both effective and economical. His design philosophy is based on problem solving to address the functional needs of the user within a public space. To accomplish this, he employs a rigorous and systematic process that includes comprehensive needs assessment, programming and planning in response to wayfinding, technical, marketing, advertising and economic requirements. He believes communication is essential to any design process. As such, he prefers a collaborative working environment that accommodates input from users, owners (the client) and others ensuring an exchange of information, experience and ideas which, together with effective feedback, are essential to the success of any design effort. His experience spans the complete range of architectural projects.
