Provide leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that Carlson Glass has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Develop strategic business plans and roadmaps for inorganic and organic growth. Lead and facilitate the purchase or consolidation of companies from inception to final merger via sourcing, funding and negotiation. Organization and management of due diligence projects. Partner management, including alliances, joint ventures, and distribution partnerships. Revenue modeling and financial risk analysis of business opportunities. Development and monitoring of business performance metrics to analyze trends including competitive market and regulatory/compliance. Optimize the company’s use of resources to achieve profitability. Coordinate new market development including new verticals and geographic expansion. Recruit and on-board strategic executive positions that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Analyze and plan to save troubled stores and processes to return them to solvency. Partner with senior leadership and identify the reasons for failing performance in each store or process locations and markets and rectify them. Review root failure causes analysis and SWOT analysis to determine why the store or process is failing. Develop a long term strategic or restructuring plan and, if needed, market exit plan. Set the best course of action and implement best course of action, continually review its progress, and make changes to the plan as needed to ensure the company returns to solvency.

Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of a project within any domain of engineering. Be the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the heads of various departments in an organization before the problem escalates to higher authorities. Participates directly in activities that produce end results, strive to maintain progress, lead mutual interactions and tasks of various parties to mitigate risk and the overall failure of any given project, maximizes benefits, and minimizes costs.
