From a young age, I was passionate about the sea and after evaluating the demand and evolution of the industry I decided to attend the OIC Navigational Watch Course at the Malta Maritime Institute. Apart from the theory aspects, I also gained hands on seatime experience onboard merchant ships. Afterwards, I continued my career working on yachts and later as a shipping agent, with leading Maltese shipping agency, Palm Shipping Agency Limited, handling various vessel operations and husbandry matters both in local ports and also in offshore dealings, thus increasing my knowledge further in the maritime industry.Since 2016, I have been working at Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal. Today, I am the Office Manager of the law firm and also the administrator responsible for the Shipping, Aviation and Intellectual Property Departments. In the Shipping area, I conduct the ongoing ship & yacht flag registrations while providing the required management for local and foreign client’s vessels, crew and companies. Backed by my in-depth knowledge and vast experience in the Maritime sector, I am also the point of contact on liaising the administrative procedures and technical aspects with the relevant local authorities.As an Office Manager I am responsabile for the coordination of varios office operations and procedures between the lawyers and firm administrators.
