• My responsibilities are to ensure production are well supported, managing of inventory and additional responsibility is to advice on how to better improve the supply chain management in the company.

As Software Quality Assurance, I performed project assessments and project audits in which I have to understand projects’ current stages, identify risks associated and report findings to the project managers. I have been involved in SEI (Software Engineering Institute) related activities since 1995. Some of my experiences in this role are:CMM/CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) assessment and as appraiser, conduct focus and process audits, produced audit finding reports and summary audit reports, maintain the project audit rolling plan, track findings to closure, resolved configuration management issue, cross functional area audit, gathered data, analyze and report metrics for the SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group), provide suggestions and consultations to project teams, be part of the technical working group to define and enhance internal process, address CMMI related process areas and drive new metrics.

Support of Manufacturing Maintenance Management System, deployment of Shop Floor Control (SFC) system and Loadboard Management, WEB base reporting (Shop Floor Control system), Y2K millennium bug activities involving assessing the threads on internal software systems, analyze and prioritize the risks, provide the solution options and take actions.My roles were to gather requirements, perform system test and acceptance test, implementation, maintain and ensure the availability and performance of the system at the agreed SLA.
