As a Lieutenant Colonel, co-led the largest tactical Intelligence Organization in the US Marine Corps. Manage the collection of Human Intelligence and Signals Intercepts as well as the coordination of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle coverage over an area spanning 53,000 square miles. As a Major, served as the Marine Corps’ Chief Plans Officer for Information Operations, including Computer Network Operations and Psychological Operations for the 174,000-man Marine Corps.
