I joined MIAC in April 2010 and am the current Managing Director of the Due Diligence Group. I have over 30 years of experience within the lending, banking and risk management industries. My duties at MIAC include overseeing the day to day management of MIAC's Due Diligence Group which performs loan level due diligence on residential, commercial, and consumer loans throughout the United State and Eurozone. The Due Diligence Group has completed work in over 20 counties.MIAC's Due Diligence Group client range from credit unions to large global lending institutions as well as governmental agencies. Additionally, I lead the development of multiple MIAC Analytics applications includeing VeriFi, C-Trac, and AiCR. VeriFi is an end-to-end due diligence management solution. C-Trac is a comprehensive secured lending platform. AiCR is market leading document visualization platform.

As a member of MIAC Analytics Ltd, I oversee the Due Diligence Group which has performed residential, buy-to-let, SME, and consumer loan reviews throughout the United Kingdom and the Eurozone.

Completed due diligence underwriting to derive current market valuation on an ADC, CRE, C&I commercial loan portfolio.

Underwrote and prepared loan and collateral analysis of approximately 6,000 acquisition-development-construction and commercial income loans from 25 institutions which were placed into FDIC receivership.
