In this role, I oversee our BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad teams and work to support the clients in terms of project management, reporting requests, data analysis, program planning, and identifying opportunities to further enhance and optimize the program. I serve as a liaison between the client, Account teams, and the Support teams to ensure all parties are working collectively to meet the demands and timelines to ensure the program is successful.Tasks involved in this role are highlighted below:· Oversee managers on BMW and MINI teams, and ensure they are holding the teams accountable for hitting team KPIs· Consistently evaluate processes and procedures across all three teams to ensure optimal efficiency and cohesion· Foster close collaboration between the managers on each team to streamline and align processes and procedures· Support Executive Director and the account teams across all three accounts on key projects and contractual deliverables, and assist in presenting information directly to the Tier 1 clients· Monitor project status and open issues and communicate status with client as requested· Work directly with Account Management to ensure steady flow of communication to the support teams· Work effectively within the client team to identify new product, process or data opportunities to improve the value of the program· Faciliate and document performance conversations, performance reviews, terminations, onboarding and offboarding· Proactively seek opportunities to improve team structure and operations· Assist with Account P&L and team budgeting, as necessary

I collaborated with the program manager, program specialists, and other internal personnel to form a strong partnership with our BMW national and regional clients and to consistently exceed expectations with weekly, monthly, and yearly deliverables. In order to meet these account deliverables and to align our company purpose with action, I was responsible for building a diverse and inclusive team, onboarding and training, performance management, data analysis, community outreach, team-building, and driving results through various ad hoc projects with tight turnaround times.

In this role, I taught various styles of dance to children between the ages of 5 and 18. Dance styles taught include ballet, lyrical, jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop. Beyond just teaching steps, this role required extensive knowledge of dance kinesiology, the muscles, bones, and tendons of the body, and movement methods that allow for safe execution of these styles of dance. Other responsibilities included lesson planning, injury prevention, problem-solving, and individualized student-teacher relations.

Day to day responsibilities included the creation of spreadsheets, room/space schedules, PowerPoint presentations, and departmental promotional materials. In this role, I was responsible for organizing departmental travel, managing and organizing files, assisting at departmental auditions, following up with potential students/applicants via phone and email, and providing administrative support for any ad hoc projects.
