In my role as EVP of Operations at Scheidt & Bachmann, I oversaw the company's nationwide operations in the areas of project management, customer service, technical support, contract administration, inventory, finance, and training.At all times, I was a part of the team that planned out when and how to gather, examine, process, and present financial information.I also assumed responsibility for establishing the policies and processes that underpin the company's strategic direction and facilitate the achievement of its immediate and distant objectives.
