Oversees seven interdepartmental programs including transit modal operations performance programs, absenteeism monitoring and leave policy compliance, and core agency-wide administrative functions performance programs. Manages a team of embedded transit data analysts who are dedicated to process improvements and Power BI analytics development. Acts liaison between bus and rail operations management in the development of data analysis dashboards for performance monitoring and strategic initiatives. Facilitates monthly performance monitoring meetings with modal management and executive leadership. Conducts training of all frontline managers and departmental leadership for data analysis and use of PowerBI across a product portfolio of twenty active dashboards.

Manages the day-to-day oversight of the MTA Office of Service Development, which is responsible for operations planning; scheduling; and data collection and analysis. Ensures the review of service needs and the analysis and evaluation of existing and proposed transit service including determining days of operation, span of service, using ridership demand and policies to set transit frequencies, reviewing service, and conducting / coordinating on-site monitoring. Responsible for overseeing all office activities, including the staff and contractor compliance; budget development and adherence; payroll, hiring, promotions, discipline, and performance evaluations. Oversees the office’s internal and external engagement efforts including coordination with MTA’s Office of Communications and Marketing and Office of Customer and Community Relations to plan public hearings and community meetings, online forums, and social media campaigns to communicate proposals to customers, members of the business community, elected officials, and the general public to obtain feedback.

Monitors agency policies, directives, and standard operating procedures for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and related federal regulations promulgated by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Leads MTA’s Title VI Working Group and is responsible for ensuring MTA’s compliance with federal regulations relating to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Coordinates investigations of ADA feedbacks from riders to ensure supervisors are knowledgeable of federal laws and regulations relating to the ADA and MTA’s policies in this realm. Conducts thorough reviews of subrecipients Title VI Programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibility for ensuring LANTA's knowledge of and compliance with federal and state program requirements, as well as compliance with internal policies.

•Responsible for the implementation of the LANTA’s service improvements, to align the transit system with the growth and development patterns of the Lehigh Valley.• Lead reviews of route running times and headways and determinations of whether service was meeting the needs of riders and ensuring there was no duplication of service.• Oversaw assessments of bus shelter coverage within LANTA’s service area.• Coordinated the generation and execution of LANTA’s triannual operating schedule changes and analyzed the Title VI impacts of every proposed service change and presented assessments to management.• Monitored contractor invoices and served as project manager for printing and bus stop installation services.• Supervised and managed project assignments for planning interns.

Established oversight and maintenance protocols to monitor Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) on LANta fleet of 83 buses. Manages, integrates, and analyzes data from various sources, including, but not limited to Automatic Passenger Counters, Automatic Vehicle Locators, fare boxes, and surveys and other technology systems used by the Authority. Conducts annual service performance review and assists in the development and implementation system wide routing and service improvements, based upon the review.

Wills & Estate Planning

Worked with county technicians to design and facilitate workshops teaching village elders & community leaders about Guatemala’s constitution & laws, citizen participation, community development, and project design & management. Coordinated with a local counterpart to conduct a census of 67 villages and to update & digitalize county records. Organized seminars to train planning office employees, interns, and local architects on the use of ArcGIS. Partnered with municipal staff to collect GPS data on all county towns & roads and utilized data to modernize maps.

Assisted in the creation of a Michigan Zoning Casebook that spanned all of Michigan zoning law from 1921 to 2006. Compiled and integrated case summaries prepared for Planning & Zoning News and identified missing cases. Proofed case reviews, edited legal citations, and prepared supplemental analysis.
