Early in 2021, I partnered to launch a consulting service focused on solution development and integration project work. First year project highlights have included:• Maryland Staffing firm - Built out a Salesforce environment (sales paths, schedules, etc.) and developed a mass text messaging system that integrated Salesforce, Tracktik, and Twilio. • Ecommerce Pet Supply Startup - Created an inventory system where purchases triggered a webhook, calculated items to be removed from inventory, and updated inventory records. • Gift Box Startup - Designed an accounting invoice and billing system using Airtable. • PR Firm in Texas - Developed a solution that creates leads based on data from website contact forms. Wrote a webhook in AWS that creates order records in Salesforce upon any purchase, assigns tasks to team members based on current workload, and automates creation and naming of Google Docs. Coded solution to enable users to publish a Google Doc to a Wordpress site with a single click in Salesforce.

DRS provides services to help improve patient access to respiratory therapy. I was hired to contribute to solutions related to EHR systems and internal software that powers the business. My work has a great deal of variety and enables me to continue learning new tools. Project highlights:• Built and maintained a tool using Python, Salesforce, and AWS/Linode that scrapes patient data from multiple EHRs (PointClickCare, SigmaCare, MatrixCare), filters relevant data, and imports data to Salesforce via REST API. • Developed solution to extract data from a PDF for insertion into Salesforce. • Generated daily, weekly, and monthly report emails using Conga to pull Salesforce data and automated encrypted emails using Paubox.• Maintain and deploy all code using a mix of AWS tools (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, SES) and Linode. • Introduced monitoring tools and procedures for outage response that included UptimeRobot and build of a tool using Salesforce. • Wrote an algorithm to calculate medicare reimbursement for skilled nursing facilities. • Authored scripts using Python on Serverless Lambda/AWS used to sort unpaid invoices. • Developed a Salesforce Lightning web component dashboard to monitor progress on daily workflows.
