My mission is to empower credit unions with the tools they need and, in some cases already have, to better serve their members and communities, particularly in the complex realm of credit card offerings and debt management. At Nickels, we’ve developed software that not only aligns with the values and needs of credit unions but also addresses the broader challenges of financial wellness (via credit card health) in today’s economy.With a background rooted in consumer behavior, tech, and finance, I’ve spent my career bridging the gap between data, rapidly evolving technology, and products that help people live smarter, healthier, and more efficient lives.
