I’m a skilled leader with over thirty years of experience in support of the NASA Space Shuttle, Constellation and Ares Human Spaceflight Programs. Extensive experience and training in continuous improvement, total quality management, Lean Six Sigma, lean engineering, project management and personnel management. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting personnel along with providing guidance and direction, including setting performance standards and monitoring of subordinates.
