As the leader of Global Analytics for the Digital Group at Michelin Tire Corporation, my primary responsibility is to comprehensively understand the analytics needs and corresponding solutions across the entire organization. I work closely with teams from diverse business areas to ensure that our analytics strategy aligns with the needs of the company, whether they pertain to Business Analytics or Artificial Intelligence.Operating within a fully Agile environment, I stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the analytics space to deliver cutting-edge solutions. I use a combination of internal and external data sources and various software solutions to generate insights that drive business growth and innovation. In addition to leveraging sophisticated analytical techniques, I also place significant emphasis on data visualization and communication to ensure that insights are effectively communicated to stakeholders across the organization.Through my leadership in Global Analytics, I enable Michelin Tire Corporation to make data-driven decisions that increase efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive long-term success.
