Having lived twelve years in Hawaii, I do my best to bring the "Aloha spirit"​ to work every day as a Customer Service Representative at Polymer Technologies. I provide customer service to the western and southeastern regions of the United States, and also specializes in international accounts and aerospace customers.Integrity and honesty are the traits I prize most in myself at work. I believe in being up front with my customers and communicating issues promptly. I strive to get customers what they want when they want it and go the extra mile.My interest in customer service started back when I was only 13 or 14 years old. I was a paperboy and responsible for my own route, and realized how important it was to provide outstanding service. Prior to working with Polymer, I worked in Hawaii as a warehouse manager, webmaster, and computer tech for Kahn Galleries, a company that owned five art galleries. I also had my own business as a mobile disc jockey in Boston, MA and Conshohocken, PA. "It was a lot more than 'just playing records.'​"​ As a disc jockey, my goal was to make a positive difference and give my customers and their guests the best experience possible by going above and beyond what was expected from a bride and groom or host.
