Furthermore, to keep track of when the containers or domestic inbounds are arriving to the warehouse and are completed. Ensure the inbounds and warehouse transfers are done on time. Also, communicating with the customers throughout the day via phone or email.Communicating internally with the warehouse managers and receiving department on inbounds or physicals for customers. Go into the warehouse to take photos or speak with the warehouse workers about certain things on inbounds.Set up code changes, physicals and photos for customers.Update the inbound tracker; add appointments for inbounds or containers coming in to the calendar; pre-inbound the incoming product into the system before they arrive.Communicate with drivers daily to help them either load or unload them.
