Released from contract, as the industry struggles through COVID-19. Primary responsibilities for managing the IT infrastructure procurement and asset management functions. Other analyst functions included vendor relations, order management (Oracle ERP Financials), inventory control, and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB accuracy for all IT infrastructure assets.- Improved the required compliance inventory audit process from a less manual approach to a digital comparison by using MS Excel functions to quickly analyze known and unknown physical inventory assets. - Developed an infrastructure catalog of technology equipment providing project managers and budget analysts the data to establish a 90% budget at project discovery meetings. The catalog greatly reduced the time required to quote each piece of equipment for project decisions.- Initiated a pilot project for a paperless procurement process. At 95% success for all transactions, the process was adopted and is in use today.- Documented the entire procurement process for knowledge transfer and education.- Created KPIs for trending order process behaviors to drive efficiencies and improve task performance.

North America

General responsibilities included strategic IT operations consulting for private and public sector clients and management of Excipio internal business operations. Primary responsibility included developing and executing a repeatable technology conversion plan for acquired companies by IESI. The objective included consolidating the operating and billing software of 50+ locations to a single productivity software called Tower. The project/program included two hand-selected conversion teams responsible for the software roll-out, customer/financial data migration, and user training over a three-year period. The initiative concluded ahead of schedule and under budget.

Primary responsibility to help develop a client-facing business justification practice for technical projects. This program provided technical clients with the information to prove the business value of technology through ROI and TCO financial analysis. I also provided project management services on numerous technical projects for manufacturing, natural gas, and banking clients throughout Oklahoma.
