CurrentCurious, innovative, creative problem-solver, and a maker. As part of the Experience Design (XD) team, I collaborate with teams across the network to help identify real-world problems and develop customer solutions and experiences. I've developed an XD Lab, which allows us to prototype innovative solutions that have resulted in new uses of technology for multiple clients and has become a place of inspiration. I created and lead the conversational AI practice across the network, which has led to our first voice application and chatbot for our healthcare clients. I've produced a creative engineering workshop that gives teams creative freedom and hands-on experience with technology. I elevate our new business offerings by utilizing emerging technologies, innovation, and platforms — partner with technology vendors and established relationships with companies such as Microsoft and Amazon. I adapt to change and successfully take on new problems.
