As Chief Operating Officer at Morse Watchmans, my job is to understand our clients’ challenges and work closely with our team of engineers to find solutions while serving as a consultant to ensure their security management needs are always met.My background in electronics and computers is a big reason why Morse Watchmans’ clients have trusted me for 25 years with their most difficult technical challenges. As one of the company’s first employees, I’ve worn many different hats including customer support, handling all IT systems and networks, which I speced and implemented, and helping to design a new product roadmap. This enables me to ensure clients are up-to-date on current systems and always have best-in-class products for key control. As part of Morse Watchmans, I’ve assisted in coming up with a number of innovations that I’ve also implemented and trained clients on across 47 states and six continents. My experience ranges from smaller key control systems to a system that tracks as many as 15,000 keys. It’s part of the challenge I like to be a part of every day. I enjoy traveling to meet with clients and attending successful trade shows. I live to take care of my customers and make them happy.
